Ant Relief

This time of year we get our annual'ant attack'. My solution is a combination of vegetable oil, cayenne pepper, lemon essential oil and/or lemon dish washing detergent, and some water. It's non-toxic and the ants hate it. I dab a bit on a old wash clothe and wipe down the trunk of my orange and lemon trees, along the window sills and doorways leading from the garden and presto, the ants are gone.
