Want Healthier Skin? Try eating an artichoke.

I love artichokes and since I've heard that artichokes are known as a liver (think toxic) cleanse I love them even more.  It's been said that Artichokes help to rid the liver of toxins ( it's a bit of a diuretic), which may help brighten the skin and give it a clean healthy glow.  Artichoke leaves can be dried slowly in the oven, then infused in boiled water and drunk as a tea.
