Beet Juice = More Muscle Power~ 13% more!

"The researchers gave nine subjects with heart failure a small serving – 140 milliliters, or about 2/3 of a cup – of concentrated beet juice. Almost immediately after drinking it, the study participants saw an increase in muscle power of 13 percent on average.
