Shipping:

Shipping costs to anywhere within the United States are calculated based on the quantity of items and are shown during checkout. Retail orders are shipped via USPS and tracking numbers will be emailed to you once the order has shipped. Large orders may be shipped through UPS Ground. Orders are normally shipped in 1-3 business days.  

Orders to international addresses cannot be made on our website. Email us at sales@riversoap.com for a quote for international shipping.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:

If your order arrives with damaged or missing product, please notify us at sales@riversoap.com within 3 days of receiving the order. We will either replace the product or refund the purchase amount. Shipping costs may be non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
